A few common questions
Where do I upload product data?
In the activated Windows app. Download its Excel template, fill it in and upload it. Invalid rows are reported before anything is printed.
Which printers are supported?
Videojet for primary packet codes and TSC for secondary OUT/IN labels. Configure your installed printer and test its output before production printing.
Do test prints use my purchased codes?
No. Each plan purchase includes five additional physical test jobs. Command-only TEST previews do not send printer commands or use code inventory.
What happens when somebody scans a QR?
A branded web page checks the code register and shows product details after printing is confirmed. Repeat scans are flagged.
Can I use my own domain?
Starter and Enterprise support custom domains after ownership and HTTPS routing checks. Company addresses under veritrace.in are provided without an extra customer domain charge.
What if I need more codes or help?
Your EXE shows remaining allowance and stops new reservations when it is exhausted. Schedule support to upgrade or resolve a printer issue.
